Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

Clients must pay 50% of the total cost before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.

2. Project Timelines

The project timeline will be agreed upon before work begins. Any delays caused by the client, such as late submission of content, may affect the completion date.

3. Revisions & Modifications

Clients are entitled to two free revisions during development. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Refund Policy

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the project has started. If the project is canceled before completion, no refunds will be issued for work already done.

5. Ownership & Handover

Upon full payment, the client gains complete ownership of the website or application. Adbert Website Design Ltd. reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

6. Support & Maintenance

We offer free support for 30 days after project completion. Further maintenance services are available at an additional cost.
